(x^2-5x+4) * (x^3-1)  =     x^5 -5x^4 +4 x^3  - x^2 + 5x -4

(f*g)(x)=f(x)*g(x)

(x^2-5x+4)(x^3-1)

x^5-x^2-5x^4+5x+4x^3-4

Now you can rearrange the terms.
