From the vertex A of the base of a right-angled triangle ABC is constructed the bisector of the angle CAB which intersects the side BC at point D. The point E is at half of the side AC (E E AC). If the angle at the vertex is 36º, then find the measure of the angle ADE?

You description is not clear.  You say the triangle ABC is right anged but you have not said where the right angle is.

Which letter is at the vertex? 

It is very confusing.  People cannot answer you if they do not understand your question.
