If ax^3 + 4x^2 - bx - 2 is divisible by x^2 + x - 2, find the values of a and b. (Hint: Factorize x^2 + x - 2.)

x2+x-2 = (x+2)(x-1)

(3x+1)(x2+x-2)

= 3x3+4x2-5x-2

Therefore a = 3 b = 5

btw the hint is no use xD
