I need some help with calculus because my brain is blanking on some important info. Tried researching to no avail. How do you find a function from the derivative? Sounds like a dumb question but I can't remember. It ties into this question.
Let g be a function such that g′(t)=2t2−t−6. Find the set of all t such that g(t) is strictly increasing.
The graph you showed was the graph of g(t), right? From what I can see, the turning points are at -1.5 and 2? So does that mean the set is (−∞,−32)∪(2,∞)?
