In regular slope intercept form, the inequality is y<=2x-4. We write this in standard form:
y<=2x-4
-2x+y<=-4
2x-y>=4.
There are 72*6=432 portions of food. Now there are 18 athletes absent, so there are 72-18=54 athletes. 432/54=8 days.
It was the latter link, and I added it to my question. But does anyone have a hint or something to help me out here?
