Angle A and A' are both theta degres because they are altenate angles on parallel lines with th original thetas (angle of incident and angle of reflections.

This it is evident that these 2 triangles are similar,

Draw a skech and you can almost see the answer immediately.

The focus and vertex lie n the vertical line x=-2

The vertex is below the focus so it is concave up.

The focus and the directrix are 7--2=9 units apart.

so the directrix will be 9 units below the vertex.

-2-9=-11

The directrix is     y= -11
