When does 1 + 1 = -2: 1 minutes before 1 minutes before is 2 minutes before.
When does 1 + 1 = 1: Mentioned above.

2) 150.5/60 = 2 61/120 <----- The fan can rotate 2 61/120 times for 1 second.
