That's about Pythagoras' theorem OR Pythagorean theorem.

Difference between the heights of the buildings = 35 - 25 = 10m

\(10^2 + 20^2 = (\text{length of ladder})^2\\ \text{length of ladder} = \sqrt{100+400} = \sqrt{500}=10\sqrt5\text{ m}\)

Length of ladder should be at least 10sqrt(5) meters.

Do you mean 'circumference' instead of 'circumstance'?

circumference = 22m

radius = circumference divided by 2 pi. =\(\dfrac{22}{2\pi} =\dfrac{11}{\pi}\)

\(1.29167\\ =1 + 0.29167\\ =1+\dfrac{29167}{100000}\\ =\dfrac{129167}{100000}\)

If you mean k is a variable......

\((\sqrt{216k})^4\\ =(216k)^2\\ =46656k^2\)

10(w - 4) = 4(w + 4) + 4w

10w - 40 = 4w + 16 + 4w

10w - 40 = 8w + 16

10w - 8w = 16 + 40

2w = 56

w = 28

Inside the {}, it contains the parameters for LaTeX commands!!

e.g. \frac{2}{5} will appear as \(\frac{2}{5}\)

e.g.(2) \sqrt{2x} will appear as \(\sqrt{2x}\)

\(5\times[3\times(-2)-10]\\ =5\times(-6-10)\\ =5\times(-16)\\ = -80\)

P(2 of 25 sections) (if the sections are same in shape and area) = 2/25.

I am not a staff though but I appreciate the calculator too.

It can do large number stuff, it could do number theory but now not for some reasons, it can work out modulus, trig and inverse trig, matrices..... stuff!! :D
